The Robot Alien is a complete ensemble with functioning projection helmet and wearable pieces.The scaled armor is made of fiberglass and attached to a foam rubber body suit with snaps and plastic side-release buckles. The foam rubber pieces include a top, bottom, shoes, and neck seal. The fiberglass pieces are the scales, armor, and detachable arms with mechanical hands.
The helmet is also made of foam rubber with a plastic helmet-like support, as well as a doamed plastic face. The top of the helmet is removable for projector access, and the projector is functional with a pre-programed light video that can be seen on various episodes of Lost In Space (without colors). The suit is affixed to a custom built mannequin with the shoes, spats, helmet, neck seal, scales, armor, and arms detachable.
